This week, we will meet at the parking lot next to Don Ross Secondary School. Come at 8:20 am to learn about dynamic versus static stretching.
NOTE: UPDATED Feb 3rd, 2011…If it is very wet and mucky, we will modify the route to stay on the pavement. I will not be posting a new map though, the decision will likely be made last minute…
After that, we will do an 800m warmup up and down Ross Rd before heading out for a lap of Ray Peter’s trail, starting north along Government Rd until the cemetary. (The trail before that is incredibly icy right now so we will stay on the road). Total run distance 8.3 km.
