Assisting patients to achieve pain-free functioning returning to work, activities, and passions gives me a lot of job satisfaction. I enjoy the full process from diagnosis, to manual therapy and exercise prescription. My goal is to have my patients feel full confidence again in their previously injured areas.
I am manual therapy orientated and my treatment approach is very hands on. I am also committed to evidence-based practice, and do my best to help patients accomplish their goals.

I am 38 years old, my main focus growing up was gymnastics and I competed at a national level for eight years. This sparked my interest in Physiotherapy as I spent a fair bit of time as a patient, and found the treatments extremely beneficial.
In 2002 I moved to New Zealand and graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2006 (BHSc.PT). Since then, I have worked in a variety of clinics in Auckland, Vancouver, and for most of the last eleven years in the Sea to Sky corridor. I have worked with a wide variety of patients from Olympic gold medalists, to non-athletes and I thoroughly enjoy the variety.
When I am not working I am usually found skiing, snowboarding, climbing, mountain biking, or surfing.
