We’ve invited two local “experts” to support you on your path to wellness, Marissa Schiesser, a nutrition practitioner and life coach Lara Williams, who will both be contributing helpful tips and hints in the participants daily emails. You’ll log your workouts daily on a cool exercise logging website, you can communicate, encourage and be encouraged by others through the groups discussion board, they’ll be a “members-only” blog and opportunities to link up with other participants.
